Our approach to the construction industry
Because of our educational and professional backgrounds, we understand finance, risk, business models and human systems. We are visually sensitive thinkers and over the past years we have consciously trained ourselves in architecture, design processes and construction management.
Our process starts with structural and strategic visual thinking. We first understand the client's objective and then work toward achieving it in the most cost-efficient, time-effective and profit-maximizing way possible.
Construction projects don't get delayed because of unplanned obstacles, they struggle because needs are incorrectly assessed at the beginning, budgets are miscalculated, communication is unclear, responsibilities are undefined and decision-making is inefficient.

At Solid Concept, as founders, we each take responsibility for specific areas. For the professional implementation we assemble a dedicated project team from our stable external network, always selecting the specialists best suited for the given development.

Drawing from her background in business development, diplomacy, and community-building projects, she positions properties strategically and defines their functional structure. She treats developments not merely as spaces, but as market products, guiding the concept through the entire process in a structured, goal-oriented, and consistent manner.
Project Management
& Coordination
Timea ensures that projects move from idea to execution in a transparent, controlled and efficient way.
With her international experience, she brings strategic oversight to each development, aligning design teams, contractors and investor interests. Her focus is process management, clarification of decision points, and consistent representation of quality throughout the project lifecycle.
Visual Concept
& Market Identity
Eszter is responsible for giving each development a distinctive, coherent and marketable visual identity.
Through the conscious alignment of colors, materials and forms, she creates spatial experiences that are as much aesthetically strong as commercially viable. Her work makes the concept tangible and commercially viable, from visual presentation to the final atmosphere of the space.
